What is a SmileBack Survey?

Team TelWare takes pride in maintaining positive relationships with our clients. To better serve our customers, we have implemented an easy-to-use SmileBack survey after each ticket is resolved.

SmileBack is a service that quickly communicates levels of customer satisfaction. When you receive the email notification that your ticket is resolved, you'll see the following question: "How did we do on this request?" Below this question, you'll see a green, yellow and red face that respectively represent a positive, neutral or negative reaction. It's simple; just click the face that best reflects the service you received for that ticket.


After you've clicked on the "reaction" face from your email, you will be given the chance to add a note and change your response (in the event you accidentally pressed the wrong reaction). You will also be given the option to allow TelWare to use your response for marketing purposes.


What Happens to My Feedback?

All feedback is sent directly to TelWare managers. Negative feedback is also sent to our customer-service department, so our representatives can follow up on the ticket and service request. The customer-service department will work with the customer and support technician to ensure the issue is resolved.

If you check the box that allows TelWare to use SmileBack for marketing purposes, we also forward your feedback to our marketing team. They'll utilize those testimonials in various platforms. We'd love it if you would let us use your feedback for future marketing!
