TelWare’s phone and network technicians attend factory certified training courses with partners, including Avaya, Mitel, Star2Star, and Adtran, which provide telecommunications industry recognized certifications. Today’s VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) based phone systems are always integrated into the data network, so our technicians also complete networking and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) courses. Our veteran technicians also hold certifications from legacy phone system brands such as Nortel and Comdial.
Our cabling technicians receive training with major cabling suppliers including Corning and Commscope, earn BICSI certifications, and complete networking courses. TelWare also provides in-the-field training, where veteran technicians teach TelWare standards to apprentices.
