Login Screen Error: The customer only gets a blue screen when trying to start up the Star2Star Framework Application instead of a login request.
- Open Windows Explorer (file browser)
- In the address bar paste %appdata%\star2star\
- Delete the folder labeled 'cache'
- Restart Star2Star Framework Application and you should get the Login screen as normal.
