How To Update Hours of Operation

Do you need help setting or changing your business hours of operation? Office admins may easily create or change business times via the OneCloud portal. Setting time frames for out of the ordinary closings will ensure all incoming calls are routed properly.

Create or Update Your Business Hours of Operation

Please note ONLY Administrators have access to make changes to OneCloud time frames.

Note: This process works the same for other Time Frames that have already been set up for your company. i.e, Office Hours, Holiday, Weekends, etc.

 

STEP 1

Click the Time Frames tab from the web menu.

STEP 2 

Locate the Time Frame that represents your office hours.

STEP 3 

Click the pencil icon to edit the Time Frame.

STEP 4 

Use the specific dates or ranges to make updates or add new business hours.

STEP 5 

Click Save once you've completed the updates.

 

Hit Save button

STEP 6

IMPORTANT: You must also confirm your Inventory and Users are using the Time Frames you set up.
