As one of our Project Coordinators, Drue works diligently on his projects, coordinating logistics between our team and the customer. He believes that being organized is extremely crucial in order to be sure technicians and trainers are available, deadlines are met, and customers are informed so that every installation is successful.
One of Hannah’s favorite tasks is on-site customer training. She has diligently studied countless hours to become certified, so she can resolve specific questions to be sure each customer obtains the system they need and know how to use it. She says that being comfortable with training and meeting new people is crucial to be an effective trainer.
Michael enjoys speaking with customers to assist in troubleshooting their customized solutions. He especially likes working to translate customer’s ideas into reality by programming their systems, so they can focus less on technology and more on running their business. He believes patience and the ability to see the bigger picture are most important skills in his role.
A substantial part of Coley’s job is to build relationships with new and existing partners and customers. She also works as a customer liaison during the sales, installation, and training process. Coley considers her communication skills (especially listening) as pivotal to her success because it allows her to understand customers and partners’ needs completely.
Dan’s role as a Structured Cabling Technician keeps him out on the road, troubleshooting and installing systems at our customers’ locations. He enjoys face time with each customer and puts them at ease by explaining things thoroughly. The most frequent calls can be for the troubleshooting and repair of antiquated systems. He knows that problem-solving skills are critical to his job. He must be keen to identify issues quickly and resolve them correctly.
Mila is incredible at being present and caring for others through non-judgmental support with the ability to inspire, lift up, and create a positive experience for our employees. Sharing tail-wagging, tricks for treats, and all-around cuteness, Mila adds a highlight to the daily grind. She additionally offers exercise for those willing to head outside with her for a quick walk.
