Coffee with moderation is okay. Increase water intake and avoid sugary drinks.



Exercise and Stay Active

Sitting at a desk for prolonged hours can take a toll on our bodies, creating a detrimental effect on a sedentary lifestyle such as remote working. Make sure you take some time to bring more activity to your daily routine.

For some, working from home is not as glamorous as it sounds. For others, adjusting to remote working brings new challenges, as they adjust their new lifestyle and routines.
