North Point Motors, a Saab, Volvo and Subaru repair shop in Winston-Salem, was at their wit's end with robocalls. Because North Point Motors is a small family-owned shop, their time is valuable. Every time the phone rang, their employees had to stop what they are doing to take the call. Unfortunately, 15-20 times a day, those calls were solicitors. The automated calls were so excessive that North Point Motors considered changing their phone number. A Simple Solution

To address the problem, we upgraded their system to TelWare Hosted SIP. This new, simple-to-use phone system included a wireless phone, mobile apps, and most importantly, an auto attendant. When calls go to the auto attendant, the robocalls don't know what button to press to speak to someone, so the call is terminated. This results in less distributions for the staff. Now, they only get calls from new and potential customers.

Solving Problems
